Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges and returns with in 30 days of purchase.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note the original shipping cost is non-refundable on returns.
Once the returned merchandise is received, please allow 10-14 days for your return to be processed.
The Knot House holds the right to deny a refund if merchandise does not fulfill return policy requirements.

Orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed, with the exception of holidays. Customers will be notified
via email or phone should an item be out of stock. Availability of merchandise is not guaranteed.

International Orders:
$15 Flat Rate for Canada, $25 Flat Rate for UK, $25 Flat Rate for Germany, $30 Flat Rate for Australia, and
$30 Flat Rate for Japan. Customers outside of the US are responsible for all applicable taxes and duties.
